My client was founded in 1859 and has established themselves as a valued and trusted organisation within the financial sector.

Due to a sustained period of growth we are looking to add a talented data analyst to the team.
The Data Analyst's role is to fulfil the operational reporting and information needs of the organisation and to assist with general IT support.

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Implement business reports using Oracle and SQL Server database and reporting technologies
- Develop a good understanding of the business and effectively communicate technical solutions in non-technical terms
- Develop in conjunction with the wider business, a MI reporting strategy, evaluating and deploying the most appropriate toolset and techniques for the Society

**Skills**
- Excellent knowledge of SQL
- Reports and data processes
- HTML skills and experience
- Good working knowledge of other systems e.g. excel, access etc.
- Microsoft Windows Server (desirable)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Mortgage/savings banking experience is highly desirable
