**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the premises, including common areas and entrances.
- Transport items as needed, including luggage or deliveries, using appropriate vehicles.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the facility and surrounding area.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while performing duties.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest experience.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly disposition.
- Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to drive safely and efficiently, holding a valid driver's licence.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as required.
