We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join our team, someone who is enthusiastic about current and future fashion and home design trends, with a hands-on approach. Working closely with the Store Management Team, we want someone who can use their vision and imagination to give our stores and products the love they deserve. We are looking for a creative person dedicated to shaping and delivering our vision within the store, who can deliver a visually pleasing retail experience to our customers, and who can collaborate well with others.

The role will be involved in planning major seasonal events throughout the store, by supporting merchandising, styling and graphics, working closely with our innovative Senior Leadership Team to create and design themes and plans, in-store displays, signage and pricing concepts.

**What you’ll be responsible for**: Helping to build the next-generation Boundary Outlet Experience
- Regularly walking the floor to review layouts and spot opportunities
- Conducting research on current and future trends in design and lifestyle, and associated target market features
- Using artistic skills or computer-aided designs (CAD) packages, such as AutoCAD, Mockshop or Adobe Creative Suite, to create visual plans
- Creating VM packs to communicate visual guidelines, including layout principles, visual designs and signage

**About You**
- Visual/Spatial awareness and manual dexterity
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must have an understanding of how a brand concession works within fashion retail.
- Managerial Competencies, leadership and influence skills.
- Manage General Managers and Floor Manager’s expectations.
- Oversee the whole store from a visual shopping experience.
