We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor you will oversee staffs work ensuring all areas of the school is cleaned to an excellent standard,carrying out regular audits, Training staff and site inspections, you will be responsible for stock ordering ensuring all staff have the right equipment and chemical to clean there areas to the standards required.. You will arrange cover with staff of all areas of the school. You will also have an area to clean. You must have at least 2 years Supervisory experience, a work history and can provide 2 work references Your attention to detail and thoroughness will contribute to creating a safe and pleasant environment for our clients and their pupils.

Working Hours are Monday to Friday 3.30-6.15 PM Rate of pay is £12.50 per hour

A valid enhanced DBS certificate is required for this position, which we can help obtain

You must be able to provide 2, Current utility bills dated in last 3 months, Passport or birth certificate and documented national insurance number, also a right to work in UK certificate or share code... aswell as 2 work references and work history for last 5 years

Full Training and PPE will be provided

**Duties**:

- Audit areas
- Stock and equipment ordering and inspections
- Arrange cover when required
- Have regular contact with Area Manager
- Train new staff to high standards
- Ensure own area is cleaned to high standards
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitise toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty bins and replace liners
- Clean classrooms and sanitize all touch point areas to high standards,
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways and lobbies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Restock supplies as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in Supervising in the cleaning industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques,products and machinery is a plus
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers and Scrubber Dryers

**Skills**:

- Supervisory
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
