We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled person in E-Commerce to join our team. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our online branding to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic and generate sales.

**Online focus**:

- Monitor and analyse website performance and customer data using tools such as Google Analytics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Providing analytics and insights that support Marketing and Sales processes including product offerings, marketing programs and business reviews
- Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accuracy, consistency and keyword optimization to enhance discoverability as well as conversion rates.
- Implement strategies, changes and updates that drives an increase in sales and increases conversion rates.
- Understanding of SEO techniques and functionalities to leverage competitive advantage
- Create, manage and update all Sleek UK website content
- Review current and future product listings for accuracy in product knowledge and pricing

**Marketing focus**:

- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and trends to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
- Implement detailed market research on industry trends, best practices and new technologies in the market.
- Analyse customer behaviours, preferences and product reviews to further Sleek UK understanding of how to leverage our brand strengths

**Customer focus**:

- Assist our customers in completing their online orders and maintaining their accounts with Sleek UK.
- Provide customer service by sharing information about products, shipping rates and return policies to our customers
- Receive and efficiently process customer orders, shipping and transactions.
- Process payments, refunds, and product returns
- Estimate stock requirements and monitor inventory levels

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous 2+ years experience in e-commerce or sales industry
- Strong marketing and research skills
- Expectational customer service and communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Analytical mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
