**_We are looking for a Sports Manager with a passion for excellence and a desire to grow and evolve our Sports and Aerial Adventure product, with a balanced approach to the guest, team and business ‘experience’.
The applicant will also be required to have the coaching capability and understanding which would diversify into other sports

Have a keen understanding of Health and Safety
**Purpose of the role is to**
Support the team and leaders in their personal and professional growth
Ensure that all Sports areas are compliant, safe and secure
Take steps to ensure that all financial goals are achieved, and all opportunities maximised
Work closely with other Leisure Managers to drive the overall performance of the area
Create a sports product, and all its areas, that is aligned with the business focus, goals, and objectives**What are we looking for?**
Previous experience in similar activity based work is essential alongside a creative and outgoing personality
Enthusiasm and excellent communication skills, partnered with a fundamental interest in sports coaching
A background of sports coaching
Academic background of degree level learning desirable but not essential
