Office Angels are extremely excited to be supporting one of our fantastic clients based in Kirkcaldy with their temporary receptionist role. The main purpose of this role is to support the operations within the office with all reception enquiries whilstdelivering excellent Customer Service to all clients and employees. This role is office based working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -- Answer incoming calls promptly and routed in a professional manner, diverting where required
- Meet and greet any clients/visitors to the office
- Assist with office tasks such as filing and scanning
- Provide all customers with excellent customer care
Skills required:
- Excellent telephone skills
- Impeccable computer literacy skills including Ms office.
- You will need to be organised and have good customer service skills.
- Ability to use own initiative, take ownership and work with limited supervision.
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Confidence to work in a corporate environment
- Be honest, punctual and reliable
