We are now recruiting for a permanent, full time member of staff, to join our Hitchin team, as a Warehouse Operative and stock assistant.

**THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: YOUR TASKS**

This is a wide and challenging role, where you will both Manage engineering return orders, stock and inventory from receipt to return, to assisting your colleagues with picking orders, dispatch and general housekeeping duties in a busy engineering warehouse.
- You will be responsible in ensuring stock and associated receipts are processed and booked-in accurately.
- Liaise with other members of the team to prioritise the booking in and dispatch of stock to meet customer service requirements.
- To ensure that all orders are picked, checked, packed, and dispatched, on time, and right-first time, in accordance with current operating procedures.
- Within the role you will be required to partake in stock takes and stock management.

Working hours are 40 per week. Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Profile description:

You will possess good accuracy skills and have good attention to detail. You will also be experience using a CRM system, preferably SAP.
