**Position**

We have an exciting opportunity for a professional, customer centric, enthusiastic and professional sales consultant to join our sales team as a Genesis Personal Assistant ('GPA’). You will be the 'face of Genesis’ and perform a very important role; buildingstrong and lasting relationships with your/ our customers, understanding their individual motoring needs, communicating the Genesis brand and 'Difference’, convincing them and helping them to buy a Genesis by presenting our products and services includingthe technology, features and benefits of the Genesis range in a very persuasive way. From lead to sale to handover to their ownership and repeat purchase, you will be 'there’ for them, convincing them that buying and owing a Genesis is the right choice forthem.

**Core Role Responsibilities**

This is a great role for a sales professional that 'loves’ customers, is great at building relationships, can quickly establish their personal gravitas with a customer, is passionate about cars and will take great pride in working for arguably the most excitingpremium luxury car brand in the UK

The core responsibilities of the role will include the following:

- Managing Genesis customers and ensuring that they fully understand the 'uniqueness of Genesis’; the 'Genesis Difference’.
- The highly effective management of the Genesis customer experience from 'lead’ to order to handover, through the ownership journey to repeat purchase through timely and effective communications both verbal and written.
- Providing a high-quality personal handover of the car to each and every customer.
- Maintaining regular contact with all your assigned customers; whether they are owners or prospects, to ensure they are completely satisfied with their Genesis products, services and experience.
- Ensuring timely and effective internal communications with stakeholders at all times including Genesis management, Genesis Driving Consultants, Genesis Finance, etc.
- Performing test drives (if based in a studio) and attending events as requested.
- Being and performing as a Genesis brand ambassador at all times.

**Core Skills and Experience Required**

You will need to:

- Be a sales professional with excellent communications; from a premium automotive background.
- Be dedicated with a passion for excellent customer service and to succeed.
- Be able to build strong and effective relationships with customers and colleagues, especially over the phone.
- Have the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
- Have knowledge, experience and be effective in the use of CRM database systems.
- Be able to work in a team.
- Have and work with integrity at all times.

**Personal Profile**
- You are results orientated with a commercially focused.
- You will be customer centric and have the gravitas for as customer to have confidence in you and your ability as a GPA and brand ambassador from 1st contact.
- You will embrace the Genesis culture and live by its values with a passion for premium luxury product cars and products.
- You thrive upon taking ownership and delivering exceptional work.
- You are confident in presenting and explaining technology, products and services so that the customer can understand them.
- You will have excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- You will have a proactive, 'can do’ attitude.
- You will have a 'clean’ driving licence (no more than 6 points and no summons pending).
- Flexibility (including some evening and weekends work).
