Internal Sales Facilitator

We are are currently seeking an**Internal Sales Facilitator** to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Kent. Your role will be to support the business development and account managers in your team, winning business and looking afterkey customer accounts. Your role will be office based, supporting 1 BDM and 1 Account Manager who are largely field based. **Key Roles & Responsibilities** - Helping to keep the "train on the track", proactively organizing whatever the team needs in the way of quotes, samples, meetings etc - Communicating with customer re quotes or other day-to-day account management queries - Setting up new stock agreement and call off orders with customers - Working with the customer service department to ensure orders are processed correctly - Working with the technical department to ensure prototypes, costings etc are ready in time - Using your initiative to work ahead and think proactively so that everything is planned in advance - Being ready for fast moving and spontaneous opportunities to win deals - Keeping the CRM up to date for your team - Joining sales meetings to report on actions, discuss strategies and take further actions away for the team - Help keep the team focused on the daily & hourly numbers during each day when they are out **Requirements**: - Sales Minded - Proven track record in a similar role - Customer Focussed and process driven - A team player with high level of dedication - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Experience in packaging / bespoke packaging / specification sales is highly desirable - Manufacturing experience selling into premium, high end brands desirable **Hours**: 8am - 5pm (Mon-Fri) **Benefits** - Salary circa £35k per annum (negotiable) - Sales team commission scheme + circa £6k - £11k - Free onsite parking - Outside and inside eating area - Team activities - Flexi hour scheme - Refreshments - lunches provided adhoc - Celebrating successes / occasions
