Production Supervisor

Due to our continued success and growth, we are looking for a **Production Supervisor**for our Ramsbottom depot

The salary scale will be dependent on experience.

The successful applicant will be working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Supervising overtime as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, and monitor production capacity and production forecasting
- Supervise and motivate workshop staff, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and safely.
- Manage the workshop inventory and resources, ensuring the workshop is well-equipped and maintained to a high standard.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures, reporting any incidents or hazards.
- Keep detailed records of production activities, including work orders, check sheets and pre delivery inspections.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and innovation in workshop processes and practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
