The Yorkshire Coast agency, based in Scarborough, is a well-established and consistently high performing agency. The friendly and supportive team have a range of experience which combine to offer the best possible customer and business outcomes. This role is the chance to join a nationally recognised agency with the opportunity for internal progression and a focus on continual colleague development.

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and as a Customer Service & Sales Advisor, you will be the first port of call for our customers. Primarily working from our office with the option of remote working, you will enjoy talking to clients on the telephone, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude to problem solving and solution finding and like working in a customer support and sales environment. Previous customer service experience or experience of working with the general public is preferred but not essential. Experience of the insurance industry is preferable but not necessary.

The salary for this role is dependent on experience and would be regularly reviewed.

Please note that you will not work for NFU Mutual directly, but for an Agent of NFU Mutual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
