Sales Order Coordinator
EGL Homecare Ltd is a family-owned business founded in 1979 that has grown steadily to become one of the European Market Leaders in the categories of Scourers, Cleaning Cloths and Sponges. Our customers consist of Major Supermarkets, including Sainsburys, and leading retailers such as Amazon, Aldi, M&S, to name but a few, and we currently have a PART-TIME opportunity for an experienced Sales Order Coordinator to join our Sales Team on a permanent basis.
**The Role of the Sales Order Coordinator**:
**Duties of the Sales Order Coordinator**:
- Process, amend and maintain all incoming sales orders
- Liaise with customers and agents regarding any order related queries
- Liaise with our planning and transport departments regarding sales orders
- Produce, amend, and maintain proforma orders
- Copy selected orders to buying, sales and planning departments
- Amend and maintain pricing files
- Update relevant departments of business, in and out, daily
- Keep and maintain service level reports daily, for all major accounts
- Point of contact for agents and customers to track outstanding orders and answer any questions regarding the order prior to delivery
- Liaise with credit control to check account status prior to orders being raised on our system.
**Skills/Experience/Knowledge for the of Sales Order Coordinator**:
- Good IT skills
- Previous experience within a sales order environment
- Manufacturing background and Customer Supply Chain experience would be an advantage.
**Hours**:
Monday to Friday 09:00 - 13:00 (20 hours per week)
