**Who are we?**

You will be working for TFS, part of the Compliance Group, which is currently engaged in a dynamic acquisitions programme that will enable the Fire Division operating companies to deliver fantastic customer service and offer great opportunities for personal progression and development.

**What do you expect from our Service Sales Representative?**
- Develop NEW Service Sales business opportunities within the Fire and Electronic Security systems across the broader-based on your prime location: North of England, Midlands, Southeast and South regions of the UK.
- Develop relationships with commercial customers ranging from SMEs to Large end users, dealing with heads at all levels of business.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve short, medium and long-term goals and targets specifically.
- Work to achieve set monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide advice and information to customers while maximising every opportunity to cross-sell several services the broader Compliance Group offers.
- Liaise with other Company staff and departments to develop good customer relations and promote all products and services.
- Assist in developing sales and marketing ideas/techniques for business growth.
- Attend business functions to promote the Company.
- Provide reports, sales pipelines and forecasts as required.
- Any other duties as may be requested from time to time.
- Reporting to the Sales Manager
- Available on MS Teams call when needed

**Hours of work**:
**8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break, or**

**hours deemed reasonably necessary to meet the needs of the business.**

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

- Sales: 4 years (required)
