To enable our back-office operations and communication across our company, we are now seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join us at our head office in Bournemouth.

In addition to this, we are seeking individuals with experience gained within a Salesforce admin role as well as a track record of administering a sales cloud and service cloud organisation.

**Your Role**

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will focus on the delivery of optimised Salesforce services across our business, including a well-maintained Service Cloud.

Administering our entire Salesforce estate, you will be involved in every aspect of the system from managing users and profiles to building custom reports and workflows.

The Salesforce platform lies at the heart of our operations and enables our teams to remain connected and informed of client and colleague activity. Within your role, you will manage operational requests and reporting to ensure 'joined-up’ data can be interrogatedand cleansed

**About You**

To be considered as a Salesforce Administrator, you will need:

- Demonstratable experience in a Salesforce administration position
- Experience administering a Sales Cloud & Service Cloud organisation
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Design, build and deploy business information solutions.
- A BSc and/or BA in Computer Science, Engineering or significant industry experience

Some experience with Pardot would be preferred but is not mandatory. A background in supporting a fast-growing business would also be an advantage.
