We have a brand-new opportunity for you to join us as a Site Security Supervisor based in Milton Keynes. Our client is one of the largest retail and commercial banks based in the UK. The office itself is located within Milton Keynes City Centre and has excellent access to public transport (bus and train station is a 5-10-minute walk away). The site provides excellent facilities enabling colleagues to walk, run or cycle to work as well as parking/storage, washrooms, lockers and an advanced modern office space to work in.

The role of the Site Security Supervisor is to oversee the day-to-day operational management in line with customer and contractual expectations. In doing so, the Site Security Supervisor will manage operational needs and requirements by providing strong visible leadership, demonstrating professionalism, integrity and managing the site security team to ensure a consistent high quality service delivery and prompt response to all security related incidents. You will proactively manage a small onsite security team ensuring all their duties are carried out in accordance with procedures and policies, taking responsibility for professional conduct and development of the team.

- £11.30 per hour
- 56 hours per week - 21 Day Rolling Rota - working 3 days, 4 nights, 3 off, 4 days, 3 nights, 4 off. Shift times are 0700 to 1900 & 1900 to 0700 including weekends

**What we need from you**:

- SIA Licence
- Strong leadership abilities with previous experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, being able to adapt style to meet the needs of the situation.
- A willingness to work cooperatively and constructively with both peer groups, service partners and the leadership provided by department supervisors and management
