We’re looking for a Maintenance Lead to join the Acorn Park School team.
**About us**
Acorn Park is a school for 98 pupils, who all have a primary diagnosis of Autism. Located in Norfolk, Acorn Park is a Residential and Day Special School offering Care and Education for students aged 4-19 years with Autism and either moderate or severe learning difficulties.
For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to children, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. As part of Outcomes First Group, we are leading our sector in setting and delivering new approaches that provide measurable outcomes for those in our care.
**About the Role**
The Maintenance Lead will contribute to the growth and development of the service. Accountable for the delivery of quality, efficient, collaborative support services to the Care and Education teams. The Maintenance Lead will have line management responsibility of the maintenance team and for delivery of:
- Reactive maintenance and pre-planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Site Safety and Compliance
- Asset Management
- Vehicle Management
- Small project works under the direction of the Facilities Manager
The Maintenance Lead with the support of the Facilities Manager and the OFG Central Team will undertake a full review of the existing estates and make recommendations on how to best deliver services including identifying clear deliverables and efficiencies.
The Maintenance Lead, with the support of the Facilities Manager, will support the Facilities Manager to manage site safety, health and environmental compliance and will support the Head of Service in the continued development of best process and policy.
**Essential**:
- Driving licence
- Relevant experience of leading and supervising a team
- Experience of leading and managing maintenance projects
