**Key Duties**:

- Operate as per the sites Health and Safety guidelines and Safe Systems at Work policies
- Raising any delivery or damage discrepancies through the appropriate channels
- Pick and pack via mandates in conjunction to agreed service level agreements
- Loading pallets and crates ready for outbound pickup
- Loading of trailers in a timely manner
- Accurate receipt and reconciliation of inbound deliveries, ensuring all stock is quality checked and allocated to the appropriate areas within the warehouse
- Manual handling of all products
- High standard of housekeeping and warehouse hygiene

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a warehouse operative or in a warehouse environment (desirable)
- Excellent verbal communication
- A polite, respectful and professional manner
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Able to follow instructions
- Good computer literacy
- Focused team player
- Flexi Fork Truck License (preferred)
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Flexible and reliable

**Up to 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts between 6am and 6pm (with an hours unpaid lunchbreak). There may be the opportunity to work weekends on occasion. Positions available at our two sites in Corby (Causeway Road or Sallow Road).**

Starting hourly rate £9.80 per with the potential to earn up to £11.80 per hour (£22,932.00 per annum to £27,612.00 per annum).
