**Job Purpose**

As a Sales Advisor, your main goal is to guide our Customers Through their Purchasing Journey, offering expert Advice and ensuring a personalized shopping experience. You will connect with our customers to make them feel welcome, and build trust. You will then work with them and their pets to identify their needs and recommend the best products for them.

Within your role you will work with the entire store team to meet and exceed our sales targets. You'll show our commitment to growth by taking on new challenges and learning new things, both for yourself and your team. Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues is key, by being trustworthy, communicating clearly, and providing value. You'll make sure that every customer and their pets receive personal attention and guidance whenever they visit.

**Responsibilities**
- Customer Service Excellence:

- Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards and ensuring every customer has a positive and enjoyable experience in your Store
- Delivering exceptional standards of customer service through the vast amount of pet knowledge and expertise that you and your team can offer
- Engage customers in personalized consultations to understand their needs and preferences and provide expert advice on products and services that meet their needs.
- Relationship Building
- Build strong and lasting relationships with our customers and their pets
- Follow up with our customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Needs Analysis
- Ask good questions and actively listen to our customers to identify their needs
- Find solutions to our customers problems and recommend the best products to meet their needs
- Explore cross-selling opportunities based upon our customers needs
- Product Knowledge
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Features and Benefits of our Products and who they would benefit.
- Actively seek out knowledge and learning opportunities and share them with your immediate and wider team
- Participate in ongoing training programs
- Train Colleagues or team members on product knowledge when required
- Sales Presentations
- Conduct Sales presentations to showcase the value of our products and services
- Demonstrate how products meet our customers and their pets needs and address any of their concerns or objections.
- Sales Targets
- Work with the Team to Achieve individual and Team Sales Goals
- Meet or exceed sales Targets

- Look for customer feedback to identify opportunities recognize your colleagues, identify areas for improvement and share these customer insights with the wider team
- Inventory & Sales Floor
- Ensure Deliveries are Quickly and Efficiently processed to minimise the time between delivery and availability for our customers to purchase
- Manage our overstocks to ensure stock is always available and on sale.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and merchandising throughout your sales floor to drive our store kpi’s
- Maintaining the Sales Floor ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times, maintaining high standards of product presentation, Point of Sale, Pricing and compliance
- Customer Experience Enhancement
- Continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Solicit customer feedback to identify areas to improve our Service, Product offering and Sales Promotions
- Communicate with the management team to relay feedback, concerns and insights from the team and our customers on all aspects of our service, product offering and promotions
