Evolve & Adapt is an organisation that was established with the aim of meeting the forever growing complex needs of young people across our schools and wider community.

Evolve & Adapt deliver a portfolio of mentoring services to Schools, Local Authorities, Youth Offending Services, Social Services, Youth Groups and a range of other community projects. We have successfully worked with a wide variety of students across inner and outer London Boroughs with schools reporting a reduction in exclusions, social care reporting improved engagement, youth offending reporting a reduction in re-offending rates and SEN reporting a faster successful re-integration rate for some of their most complex students into appropriate educational placements.

Since its formation, our Evolve & Adapt team has grown to include individuals from a range of backgrounds with varied life experiences and areas of expertise, such as; mentors, behaviour consultants, sports coaches, sports agents, motivational speakers, teachers, youth offending workers, counsellors, social workers and life coaches. Our multicultural team of staff are able to relate and foster strong trusting relationships with the young people they work with.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and committed person to contribute to maintain the high quality service and support we provide to hundreds of young people we support.

Our mentors provide high quality, 1-1, outcome driven mentoring services for a range of young people in need of support across a range of locations.

We are looking for an all-round individual who:

- Is able to inspire and motivate young people.
- Has a proven track record of high standards and aspirations with pupils with challenging behaviour.
- Has excellent organisational skills.
- Has an interest in, and understanding of, the factors, which affect behaviour.
- Is both flexible, a good team player and has a good sense of humour.
- Has a positive attitude to hard work and challenging situations.
- Is committed to supporting young people to develop their confidence and skills.

A full UK drivers licence is desirable

All adults employed by the Evolve & Adapt have a responsibility for data protection and have a duty to observe and follow the principles of the GDPR Regulations.

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
