We are currently looking for a Contracts Estimator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

**The Role**
As a Contracts Estimator, you will produce detailed estimates and project cost analyses for a range of projects within our civil engineering arm of the business.
Specifically, you will join a small team providing detailed cost analyses and job packs for our awarded works.
Working closely with our clients, you will manage their expectations, organise materials and resources and resolve any issues that may arise.
**About You**
To be considered as a Contract Estimator, you will need:

- Project management skills
- Good numerical skills
- Good communication skills
- To be competent in Microsoft packages; particularly Excel
