I'm currently working with an innovative company that has revolutionised & changed the way global industry dries bulk raw materials, offering a route to zero emission, making it much for sustainable for the environment.

Current drying technology is based upon a simple, yet highly inefficient/ineffective process of high temperatures and high emissions generated from burning fossil fuels.

This new innovation turns this outdated method on its head, as they don't use high temperatures in the process, they leverage nature in a different and more effective way. The end result is to cut the energy required and emissions generated from this extensiveglobal process.

**_Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- **
- Ownership and delivery of projects, directly delivered by the Project Manager, or falling under their control as part of the regionally allocated portfolio of work, with overall responsibility for delivery of that portfolio to time, cost and quality.
- Working with Project Team colleagues to develop and deliver larger and more complex projects work.
- Facilitating and monitoring works on site and engaging with Site Teams and other project stakeholders to ensure highest levels of Health, Safety and Quality are achieved, project timescales and cost targets are met.
- Working with assistant Project Managers, monitoring and co-ordinating projects work allocated to Site Managers and coaching of Site Managers where necessary in the delivery of those projects.
- Developing future project business.
- Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract.
- **Essential Competencies**:_
- Willingness to travel to fulfil the requirements of the post
- Previous experience of working on Commercial sites.
- Relevant Qualifications / Experience
- Have excellent time management skills.
- Have excellent customer facing skills.
- Previous experience within M&E Project Management
- Experience within Mechanical Engineering, Construction or Aerspace sectors
- Ability to manage resouces
- Excellent communication skills
- Possess good IT Skills, especially Project Planning programmes
