Technical Coordinator

TSR are recruiting for a Technical Coordinator to join our client, a leading UK Housebuilder based in Manchester. You will be responsible for managing the flow of design information and managing the design input of specialist subcontractors.

As Technical Coordinator you will be responsible for:

- Controlling the flow of design information
- Coordinating the design team
- Managing the design process during construction process
- Processing design information and maintaining drawing registers.
- Providing technical advice as necessary
- Reviewing design and specifications fr alternatives to provides added value.
- Monitoring release of design information against agreed programmes
- Managing design interface between packages
- Producing weekly design reports
- Attending contract launch meetings.

As Technical Coordinator you will be experienced in:

- Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Working for a Housebuilder
