In this Events Assistant job, you’ll be joining an exclusive boutique concierge service. Based in the heart of London, they specialise in managing the lifestyle requirements of a small portfolio of ultra-high net worth individuals. They make the impossible, possible, due to their unrivalled contacts and connections across the globe. They are now looking to expand their international team with an outgoing, discreet and ambitious Junior Project Manager

**Job description - Events Assistant**
In this Events Assistant job, you will be given full and intensive training, working closely alongside the Managing Director - getting to grips with all tasks and requests that are involved in high-net-worth client management. As Junior Project Manager, you will work specifically on the property management arm of the business - you will be tasked with supporting the running of a multi million pound property portfolio. This may range from renovation work to helping rota an array of ground staff - you must be well versed in managing busy projects in a discreet and effective manner.

**Key responsibilities - Events Assistant**
In this Events Assistant job, your responsibilities will include:

- Working alongside key departments across the business, planning and managing all private household works to ensure results are achieved with mínimal impact on the client and within budget
- Overseeing all ad/hoc maintenance works that need undertaking for such things as faults/breakage /wear and tear, etc
- Arranging and overseeing other works such as plumbing and electrical works, carpet cleaning, stone works, interior design etc
- Scheduling and managing recurring works: gardeners, window cleaners, servicing of boilers and alarm systems
- Researching information to assist with client requests in a timely and meticulous manner
- Managing all works administration, including assisting with the production of documentation
- Aiding with household administration
- Using all internal resources and tools to schedule and track all works

**Job requirements - Events Assistant**
- 6 months experience in project management
- A second language would also be beneficial
- Highly presentable at all times
- An articulate communicator
- The ability to think on your feet and work quickly
- A natural problem solver, who doesn’t easily fluster
- The determination to succeed and work to tight deadlines
