In Phase International Ltd Automotive tech company is seeking a senior experienced, ambitious SEO expert who can run the SEO and PPC for our key websites. We currently have this outsourced but now is the time to bring this in house for growth.

In phase international ltd is going through an exciting time and part of this transformation is strengthening the company’s digital visibility with a particular focus on Search engine optimisation and improving our search visibility.

Role Overview

As a SEO Specialist you will be responsible for managing all the SEO Activities and Ownership of the SEO performance of our platforms. working to deliver on a clear and agreed strategy/roadmap, making use of Marketing research strategies and analysis to improve the websites ranking on all major search engines.

Build the entire SEO Strategy including a content marketing and link building strategy, built out the PPC campaigns, Social media marketing and also put in a plan for YouTube advertising.

Proactively keeping up to date with the latest SEO trends

Create and review detailed campaign performance data and future looking strategic road maps.

Collaborating and sharing initiatives, best practices, and results with the internal teams.

Building successful relationships within a broader client team, e.g., marketing, in-house developers, content writers, social media team etc.

Technical auditing, keyword research, content recommendations, reporting, and forecasting.

Determine the latest industry news, SEO trends, tools, and effective benchmarks, and best practices.

A keen eye for organic search optimization to help us get those sneaky wins

Successful applicant - Key attributes

SEO Specialist is expected to have the following key attributes

Excellent communication skills, with ability to manage expectations and work with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders using initiatives to bring forward new ideas and grow the business.

Work on our multiple brands, design the SEO strategy and put in into play,

Must have a clear understanding of CRO and understand how to increase conversion rates.

Understanding an ecommerce best practice medium scale ecommerce process implementations’ experience, in working with SEO and performing

Minimum of 5 years of search engine optimization experience

Minimum Intermediate understanding of digital marketing software such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, screaming frog, Search Metrics, SEMRush, MOZ & Search Console.

Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience of on-site & off-site optimisation efforts
- Experience in leading project teams, working independently and with external teams.
- Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and maintaining delivery momentum
- Proficiency in organising, planning, and decision making
- The desire to work hard with their work making a difference to a rapidly growing, exciting business.
- An ability to analyse data, with an attention to detail to spot opportunities
