With baby gender reveals and parties (or "work events") returning with a post-pandemic pop, they are growing quickly. Already supplying balloon artists across the UK, this startup is soon looking to blow up globally too. This company is looking for a lively, organised grad to help the co-founders with a range of duties and to scale the business. From ops to marketing to sales, this role presents a rare opportunity to gain unparalleled insight into the inner-workings of a youngbusiness and get stuck in. **Responsibilities**: - Marketing - help develop social media presence and reach new audiences - Business development - research and generate new leads and bring new clients on board - Operations - like with any young business, you'll be expected to help out with any logístical and operational needs - Based in Buckinghamshire and able to commute to the head office on a daily basis - this is not a remote role - Will be flexible, able to adapt to the demands of the business and spin multiple plates at once - Entrepreneurial, keen to learn more about start-ups and ready for a fun challenge Perks: ? £25,000 - £27,000 salary guide ?
