**Schedule**:Tuesday to Saturday

Utopia Plates is a growing business that specialises in premium number plates. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Business Admin and Front of House Representative to join our team in Durham. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and serving customers in our walk-in store while also carrying out administrative duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting customers and offering assistance with their enquiries
- Handling customer documents and data, including inputting information into our database
- Keeping the store clean, tidy and organised
- Providing support to the team in a range of administrative tasks

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional reading and writing ability
- Customer service-oriented attitude with a friendly demeanour
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office

Previous experience in customer service or administration is preferred, but not required. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual and has a can-do attitude.
