- Ability to read, analyse and interpret general technical procedures & engineering drawings.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
- Aptitude to use a variety of measurement equipment (both conventional and SMART)
- Able to perform SPC and understand trends to react to deviations from standard
- Conformance to lean standards
- Productivity of 80% Minimum
- Have good health and safety awareness and practices
- Ability to record work in a computerised system

Maths, English and a Stem Subject GCSE at a grade 4 or above or equivalent

1-3 years work experience in a manufacturing environment
