We require a skilled and highly motivated individual to join our IT team to provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to both staff and students, diagnose hardware or software issues for Windows environments and configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and supportcomputer desktops, laptops, mobile phones and Avaya equipment.

Undertaking general housekeeping duties on College computer systems and installing and testing computer hardware/software and telecommunications equipment, you will run the IT Services Helpdesk when required and ensure that all computer rooms, equipmentand materials are maintained in accordance with Health and Safety and COSHH regulations as appropriate.

We are looking for an individual with strong experience in an IT support role who can demonstrate skills in the following:

- Windows desktop environments including Active Directory
- Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Teams, etc.
- Meraki wireless network infrastructure
- Salto Access Systems
- Avaya VOIP Telephone System
