Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for a **highly experienced customer services administrator** who has a friendly, confident demeanor and good interpersonal skills.
**4 Day week**. 9 - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary range**:£18,000 - £22,000 for 4 days**, depending on experience and skills
Holidays: 4 weeks plus statutory holidays
**Job Description**:
- Accurately document and process all sales through the relevant channels and carry out internal and external post-sales procedures
- Liaise with sales and manufacturing teams to set delivery dates with customers
- Liaise with delivery drivers to coordinate daily/weekly delivery schedules
- Welcome customers to the showroom
- Order in fabrics and components for manufacturing processes
- Oversee sales and purchase ledger (filing and tying up)
- Full involvement with the manufacturing, sales and delivery staff including ordering components, updating clients and keeping our deliveries running smoothly.
- No 2 days are the same, varied and exciting position.
Robinsons Beds are a long-established small family run business specialising in hand making and selling luxury handmade beds and mattresses from our Shawlands, Glasgow workshop/showroom. We pride ourselves in the standard of product and the customer service we provide meaning we have built up a loyal client base of local and nationwide customers and interior designers.
