We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar Staff at our community local establishment in the heart of Ilkley.

As a Bar Staff member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

**Duties**:

- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing and serving drinks, and handling payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area, including glassware and equipment
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waiting staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in stock management, including restocking the bar and monitoring inventory levels
- Uphold high standards of presentation and professionalism at all times

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or bartending is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and calculating bills accurately
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and bar equipment
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Willingness to help colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment

Pay: Up to £11.41 per hour depending on age

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
