- Duties and responsibilities: _
- _Assisting the outpatient nursing team in the provision of exemplary patient care _
- _Contributing to the support and monitoring of patients _
- _Identifying and reporting any significant changes that might affect the patient's health and well-being to the appropriate person _
- _Assisting with the movement of patients in line with hospital policies _
- Who we are looking for: _
- _Previous experience of working as an HCA (or equivalent) in a clinical environment _
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential _
- _NVQ Level 3 is desirable but not essential _
- _Experience in the following: ECGs, taking blood/blood pressures and patient observations _
