**HSEQA/Inspections Co-Ordinator**

**Salary**: Negotiable depending on experience
Location: Leyland branch, PR25 3GR and some UK travel
Start Date: Immediate start available
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Lifting Gear UK are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide effective support to the HSEQA Director and our National Test, Inspection and Repair Manager at the Preston branch, to facilitate cross departmental communications within the Company, and assist with the day to day running of the departments whilst proving a first-class customer service.

This role also manages documentation and electronic data bases, information supply and communication with colleagues, customers, and other stake holders on HSEQA/National Test & Inspection team matters.

**Duties will include**:

- Maintain all necessary records and documentation related to HSEQA activities.
- Produce various HSEQA reports for analysis and review
- Online HSEQA Compliance Management System administration
- Administration of sub-contractor HSEQA reviews
- Assist with HSEQA contractual PQQ’s
- Administration of HSEQA accreditation bodies online systems
- Providing HSEQA administrative support.
- Input and approval of certificates on an online certification system
- Offering quotations to customers
- Produce site specific method statements and risk assessments
- Create contracts and associated paperwork for on-site inspections and tests
- Effective co-ordination & scheduling of inspections
- Utilisation of spreadsheets, which must be kept up to date
- Using customer systems and portals to book vehicles/inspectors onsite
- Booking accommodation, MOT’s, vehicle services, parking, etc.
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Reconciling and costing timesheets, both internal and external
- Ensuring company equipment has been calibrated, serviced, inspected and/or PAT tested in accordance with legislation

**Skills & Qualifications required**:

- Personality - Energy, drive, enthusiasm and a positive 'can do' attitude with the drive to see tasks/projects through to completion.
- Clear, concise, confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good organisational, planning and time management skills, with a strong work ethic, ability to prioritise work and work to a deadline.
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety, environmental management and quality management is preferred, but not essential.
- Previous administrative experience is essential.
- A good knowledge of lifting equipment is required.
- Methodical, diligent with a good attention to detail.
- Professional, with a positive approach and receptive of feedback.
- Able to work independently, in a team and be an effective collaborator.
- Adaptable, flexible and a willingness to undergo further training as role develops to fulfil other duties.
