Company Description

NEC manage the Discretionary Assistance Fund (DAF) on behalf of our client the Welsh Government

The DAF is managed from our local office in Wrexham with up to 50% of time working from home

The fund is designed to help people in times of financial hardship

The DAF team award clients with cash, grants and white goods

The cosy team is made up of 52 people across two sites

Eligible for an annual company wide 'Thank you payment' from NEC

**Job Description**:
Location: Wrexham

Duration: 6 Month contract

‍**What do we need**
- We trust you to work hard, get through your work and do a fab job
- We're a small and close knit team, so we need someone with a positive attitude, someone who'll always turn up and be reliable
- You'll have access to sensitive information so your focus and attention to detail is important
- We are looking for a person with genuine client empathy, yet who can hold their own when they need to refuse a client
- We need someone bubbly, switched on coupled with great customer service and telephony skills

**What do you get**
- Every Monday and Friday we all work from home
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday we all work from the office where we do all the 'team' stuff like education, support, meetings and have some fun too
- Currently, hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am - until 4:00pm, we don't do weekends, bank holidays or late nights
