Property Administrator

??We are working on behalf of one of the region's most recognised and successful property firms who have a new requirement for a supportive Sales Administrator to join the team at a stunning location in the heart of the Test Valley region.
A proactive approach is necessary to ensure all clients receive a consistent and reliable service throughout their experience. There is plenty of variety within the role and, as part of a new office and small team, being able to demonstrate good interpersonalskills and a positive attitude is essential.

**Key duties of the Sales Administrator are**:
- Consult with customers, book and carry out viewings of properties as and when required
- Support the sales team with all aspects of administration duties
- Ensure each sale has been passed through the various stages of the progress chain
- Liaise with various parties at various times through the process
- Ensure customers are kept up to date and monitor status reports on a regular basis

**Key skills required for this role**:
- Articulate, positive, quick thinker, ambitious & charismatic.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients and colleagues.
- Common sense, a 'think on your feet kind' attitude when required
- Strong organisation skills as you will be dealing with numerous properties at one time.
- Providing essential support to the office and residential Sales Manager.
- MS Office experience and the ability to learn new in house systems
- An interest in Property or Estate Agency. Industry experience is an advantage not essential
