Marketing Assistant

Working closely with and reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll help develop and deliver the MEP Hire Marketing Strategy. You’ll do this through the creation and promotion of various on and offline marketing activities. Working collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders, the assistant will support MEP Hire to deliver projects on time and to budget.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support, create and maintain both key digital and printed literature, signage and other related business material
- Work closely with internal teams both operational and commercial to deliver class leading partner-driven marketing
- Assist with the maintenance and development of the company’s external website
- Posting on and monitoring of the businesses’ social media channels
- Support in sending on and offline marketing campaigns
- Analysing the effectiveness of both on and offline campaigns
- Ensure the company’s internal intranet is up-to-date
- Manage the stock levels and ordering of promotional materials
- Supporting the Marketing Manager with the department budget by raising and managing purchase orders for various supplier payments

**What We’re Looking For**
- Awareness of both online and offline presence and material
- Understanding the importance of reporting and analytics, driving data lead decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Excellent organisation skills, with an eye for detail
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Marketing related qualification - Desirable
