**These vacancies are open to applicants who are currently not working through the Well for Work fully funded ESF project. The project is run by Futures and its partners with the aim of **supporting unemployed people** into sustainable employment, who are currently living in the **Nottinghamshire **and **Derbyshire **area.**

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- The supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their cleaning performance and their behaviour whilst on duty
- Ensuring that a first class cleaning service is delivered to all areas
- Creating weekly rota
- Ordering of cleaning materials
- Monitoring of all cleaning activities
- Site visits
- Carrying out cleans
- Covering sickness
- Training staff
- Weekly meeting with the company owner and assistant either in person or on zoom
- Assisting in interviews
- Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:
To be qualified for this role, you must have:

- At least 2 years cleaning experience
- At least 1 year managerial experience
- A full driving licence and own vehicle
- The ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures
- Health and Safety experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel and work on weekends if needed

**PACKAGE DESCRIPTION**:
A salary of £1800 per month

- Bonuses and pay rise (to be assessed after the first 6 months)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £1,800.00 per month
