**Job Description** Your Role**

As a Senior Dynamics CE Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our Enterprise Applications pillar, leveraging your deep Dynamics knowledge and expertise to drive high-profile D365 projects.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Focusing on customer needs and satisfaction
- Working in a SCRUMsquad to define
- Defining requirements and scope
- To develop best practices and ensure a high standard of working practices
- Have the ability to follow the design and ask questions where necessary
- Developing peers by imparting knowledge and expertise through continual professional development
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of MS Dynamics and relevant Azure technologies
- Analysing numerical data, verbal data, and all other sources of information
- Probing for further information or greater understanding of a problem
- Producing workable solutions to a range of problems
- Demonstrating an understanding of how one issue may be part of a much larger system
- Planning activities and projects well in advance and taking account of possible changing circumstances

**Qualifications** Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Enterprise CRM Experience
- Experience of delivering multiple complex projects
- Customer engagement and management experience
- Strong written, verbal, and oral communication skills including proposal and RFI / RFP experience
