Carpenter/joiner

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Fabricate and assemble wooden structures, including doors, windows, and furniture.
- Perform joinery tasks using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Execute masonry work as required for specific projects.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing woodwork and structures.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while working on-site.
- Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are stored correctly.
- Assist in heavy lifting tasks when necessary during the construction process.

**Skills**
- Proficient in joinery techniques and carpentry skills.
- Experience with masonry is advantageous.
- Ability to assemble various structures accurately according to specifications.
- Familiarity with electrical installations is beneficial but not essential.
- Competence in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Capability for heavy lifting as required by the role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.

Pay: £20.84-£21.82 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
