**About The Team**

Having recently undergone an exciting rebranding, The Woodcote, Graffham has an exciting opportunity to join an established team. Showcasing the best of what the South Downs and West Sussex has to offer, we are committed to providing a truly wonderful and engaging experience for our guests and visitors alike.

**About The Role**

The Front of House team ensures guests’ requirements and expectations are both met and exceeded. We’re recruiting for enthusiastic team members to provide impressive dining and overnight stays in a picturesque setting. As a team member, you will be responsible for;
- Greeting and welcoming guests
- Managing both hotel and restaurant reservations
- Dispensing drinks from our bar
- Ordering of food and beverages
- General cleaning duties

We’re looking for someone with great communications skills, a team player striving for excellence. We’d like you to demonstrate;
- A personable manner, both engaging and hospitable.
- An interest in guest experience and a yes mentality.
- A positive attitude, able to keep calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
