Pertemps Exeter are working with a manufacturing company of high repute. They are finding the need for their products is increasing in line with the changing climates around the word. The technology they use enables their clients to operate in some ofthe world's most extreme environments.
Due to continued growth in sales and repeat business they are looking to increase their HR provision across the company. To this end they are now seeking a **HR Advisor**for their operation in Crewkerne. This generalist role will provide a high level of professional HR support to business across the UK. This will include activities that cover all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Tasks will varyfrom HR administration, employee engagement, implementation of systems and processes and much more.
As the **HR Advisor**you will main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Provide support and advice to managers and work with them to ensure that best practice is adopted
- Supporting end to end recruitment and selection process
- Assist with the identification of training needs and coordination of projects related to staff development
- Create and deliver internal training programs including induction programmes for new starters
- Support management with Occupational Health related tasks including referrals and follow up actions
- Utilising the apprentice levy to support development of employees
- Ensure relevant departments are notified of starters and leavers
- Assist with the coordination, implementation, and administration of salary reviews
- Support the processing of pension information to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Administration of the bonus scheme, medical cover, health cash plan and all other benefit offerings
- Update employee information on the HR System in a timely manner ensuring information is accurate and relevant
- Assisting with disciplinaries and grievances
- Ensure that probation and annual reviews are completed in a timely manner.
- Creating, developing and updating HR policies and processes
- Ensure that GDPR compliance is met at all times.
- Provide management information for reporting purposes as required
- Adherence to all health, safety, environmental & quality policies and standards outlined by the company
- Some travel to other sites in the UK will be required
To be considered for this **HR Advisor**position you will need to the following attributes/skills:

- CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent qualification/experience
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication
- Ability to initiate, plan and organise
- Proficient in using all Microsoft office packages
- Capable of working within a multi-site role
- Operating as a generalist in a manufacturing environment
- Working with HR Systems
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- Willingness to be hands on

This role offers the opportunity to join a very good company at an important time in their growth and comes with the following salary & benefits:

- Salary £33k - £35k per annum (depending on experience)
