The nursery is located at **29 High Street, Chalfont St Peter, SL9 9QE**, in the heart of this vibrant village. Our beautifully renovated character building has plenty to offer the children indoors and in our extensive outdoor areas. Our team have a wonderful staff area away from the nursery rooms and with a dedicated kitchen fully stocked with drinks, snacks and the occasional treat. The extensive amenities of the village are on our doorstep with cafes, shops, beauty salons and a lovely park close by.

**Experience / Qualifications - What you will bring to the role**:

- Full & Relevant Early Years Qualification for Early Years Educator Roles
- Previous experience of shaping little lives & **positively impacting** families
- **Great communication** skills, including the ability to **understand** babble
- A **sense of humour** which allows you to see the silver lining of every situation and have fun each and every day.
- A team player with the ability to be **flexible** to the needs of the children and the team.
- A passion for a **play based approach** to children’s learning and development

**Key Information**:

- Standard working hours are **40 hrs per week over 5 days, **Monday to Friday, around the current shift system.
- **Caterpillar Flexible Working Option**:
You will have the option to work your 40 hrs over 4 days, giving you an extra day off each week. Time off is essential to retain your motivation, enthusiasm and a great work life balance.
