**Insolvency Administrator - Sutton - Hybrid Working - Currently trialling 4 day work week - up to c£35k base salary**

The Insolvency team specialises in rescue and recovery but also provide cost effective assistance with the following:
Corporate Insolvency
- Company Administration
- Company Voluntary Arrangement
- Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation
- Members Voluntary Liquidation
- Compulsory Liquidation
- Receivership

Personal Insolvency
- Bankruptcy
- Alternatives to Avoid Bankruptcy
- Debt Relief Order
- IVA
- Advice and Informal Arrangement

**Overview of the Insolvency Administrator Role**:

- Full life cycle management of a high volume of portfolio of cases to include a variety of corporate work
- Preparing reports to creditors and attending meetings
- Statutory reporting
- Maintaining fully accurate case files and ensuring they are in line with statutory requirements
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders, creditors, debtors, solicitors, directors and other professionals

**Attributes and experience required**:

- 2+ years in an insolvency administrator role
- CPI qualifications are desirable but not essential
- Strong relationships built with stakeholders
- Attention to detail
- Success managing a varied case load in an insolvency/restructuring and recover practice
- A sound working knowledge of IPS
