**Business DevelopmentManager** EAC Consulting Group are representing a Market Leading Healthcare recruitment agency based in Milton Keynes. They are looking for an experienced Business Developer to join one of their fastest growing teams. As Business Development Manager reporting to theOperations Manager, you will ensure that the business is the first choice for clients and you will maintain, win and expand the businesses relationships.This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding business where you can furtherbuild your career. The role will focus on the client development and client reach in terms of proving "clinical services", "clinical insourcing" and "clinical outsourcing" solutions to the NHS and Private Sectors. In return for a skill-set where you have previously sold intomedical insourcing and outsourcing you will receive an excellent basic package, competitive commission structure, and the opportunity to really make the role your own. **The Business Development Manager Role** - The Business Development Manager role will be integral in developing new service lines for the business and will be the central contact for various stakeholders. - By developing relationships with new and existing clients the Business Development Manager will meet and exceed their targets utilising their understanding of client’s requirements to present and deliver value through insourcing services. - Through efficient time management and diary organisation the Business Development Manager will maximize their time spent on high value revenue streams. - As part of the Business Development role the Manager will identify client requirements, negotiate offers and client terms of business to minimize costs and maximise the potential for the business. **On Offer for the Business Development Manager** - Basic annual salary up to £50,000 - Lucrative earning potential (Commission) - Hybrid working - Company car allowance - Autonomy to manage own diary - Career development opportunities - Holiday allowance increases with length of service **The ideal Business Development Manager** - **A Strategic Business Developer working within Clinical Services.**: - Experience of Medical Insourcing / Medical Outsourcing - You will be able to demonstrate an enjoyment of people and have very strong relationship building skills. - The ideal Business Development Manager must have excellent communication and organisation skills with a great attention to detail. - A commitment to develop your knowledge in line with departmental, organisational, market and customer requirements. **Location and Hours** The office is based in Milton Keynes.
