Do you have a passion for luxury interior design? LuxDeco is looking for an ambitious Junior Interior Designer to join our new E-Design Team.

We are looking for a talented Junior Interior Designer who is passionate about luxury residential interiors to be a founding member of our new E-Design Team. Our LuxDeco E-design service expertly offers light touch, digital interior design and personal shopping suggestions to our international high net worth private clients across the globe.

**This is initially a 12 month fixed term contract.**

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that sales leads are identified and prioritised in order to generate revenue, and provide an exceptional (engaging, timely, clear, informed) service to our clients.
- Expertly respond to a variety of pre-sales queries, focussing on upselling and advocating the LuxDeco offering; Personal Shopping, E-design and LuxDeco Studio.
- Consistently nurture all leads, building lasting relationships in order to maintain customer loyalty and sustainable sales pipelines.
- Maximise the use of technology available to ensure you are able to provide a scalable service offering and deliver against ambitious sales targets / KPIs.
- Provide support to the post sale team to resolve issues when necessary.
- Deliver on ad hoc tasks set by VP Sales and LuxDeco Studio where required.

**Personal Shopping Responsibilities**:This role will be the point of contact for all LuxDeco presale contacts
- Be confident dealing with a variety of queries as small as confirming product information, through to making product suggestions.
- Understand and anticipate the needs of a client to consistently deliver a luxury sales experience.

**E-Design Responsibilities**: This role will be responsible for all E-Design queries, the latest service offering to LuxDeco
- Nurture initial leads and queries, providing full information on the E-Design service.
- Liaise exclusively with clients from initial contact, through to concept delivery.
- Prepare high-quality designs including concepts, mood boards & room layouts for E-Design clients.
- Execute rendered floor plan layouts and full schemes within a tight time frame.
- Deliver an exceptional brief for a client and present this to them professionally.

**Skills/experience**
- Strong AutoCAD, InDesign and photoshop skills
- Excellent space planning skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent presentation skills both visual and spoken (additional language skills desirable)
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work to tight deadlines
- Interior design or interior architecture degree (or equivalent)

**Your location**:Two days per week from our flexible office space in London. For the remaining three days, you can work from a place that allows you to do your best work.

**Your hours**: 40 hours, Monday - Friday (typically 09:00 - 18:00)
