Retrofit Coordinator

We’re looking for a qualified **Retrofit Coordinator** to help deliver high-quality, PAS 2035-compliant retrofit projects. You’ll be working on a range of domestic energy efficiency measures, including insulation, low-carbon heating systems, and solar PV, with a strong pipeline of ECO4 and funded work already secured.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Manage end-to-end coordination of retrofit projects under PAS 2035.
- Review and approve retrofit assessments, medium-term plans, and designs.
- Collaborate with Assessors, Designers, and Installers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain TrustMark compliance and lodge completed projects to relevant portals.
- Liaise with homeowners, landlords, and funding providers as required.
- Monitor risk and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management** (PAS 2035 compliant).
- Proven experience delivering domestic retrofit projects (ideally under ECO, SHDF, or similar schemes).
- Solid understanding of fabric-first principles, ventilation, insulation, and low-carbon tech.
- Strong organisational and communication skills — confident managing multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Full UK driving licence (travel to sites will be part of the role).
