This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. You'll work 1800 hours per year.

You'll be joining a small team who look after all the compliance and maintenance needs for four very different and diverse properties in our portfolio.
You'll be mainly office-based, but you will be expected to assist with some practical tasks, as needed. Your contractual location will be Canons Ashby however, you'll also be required to travel to our other sites, including Upton House and Gardens on a weekly basis.
You'll be required to work occasional weekends and carry out Duty Manager responsibilities on a rota basis.
What you'll be doing:As our Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service, to enable the successful operation of the property. You’ll support the team to meet its objectives by ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained at all times. You'll be assisting with compliance monitoring, the coordination of planned, preventative maintenance and related administration and other tasks to assist the Facilities Manager.

- Experience in a facilities role in a customer service environment
- Flexible, customer focussed approach with understanding of good customer service standards

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to use tools, equipment as required for the role
- Willingness to work alongside volunteers and is able to support volunteers to perform at their best
- Ability to multi-task and work in collaboration with other departments
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
