This is a new role that will require someone pro-active and motivated to organise and deliver a range of extra-curricular activities.
This is an exciting and versatile opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering an ambitious schedule of extra-curricular events, trips and activities, promoting student participation and enjoyment. This role requires great organisation and communication to coordinate events and liaise with staff, parents and stakeholders accordingly, whilst ensuring all activities comply with school policy and safety regulations.
Due to the nature of this role, and the working hours involved, this position comes with accommodation on-site. The accommodation provided is a two-bedroom flat, whereby a contribution will be made towards household expenses.
Hours of work:
Tuesday - Thursday 3.30pm - 9.30pm
Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
Friday + Saturday overnight on call duty 10pm - 8am (from personal residence)
Saturday 10am - 10pm (break periods would be allocated within the day)
+ 6 x Inset days
36 weeks per year (Term time only)
Please note that on rare occasions this role could be required to cover additional duties to support with staff absence in the boarding house.
Closing date: Midnight, Monday 9th September 2024.
