**Role Purpose**:
Effective liaison with 3rd Party Transport to deliver Customer orders from between our UK based sites.
**Responsibilities**:
- Allocate consignments to the appropriate Haulier to meet the requirements for service and cost.
- Liaise with Hauliers to efficiently plan collections from IKO sites and ensure they have all the required information to perform their service.
- Liaise with Warehouse and Operations to ensure they are aware of Customer requirements and transport plans for all sites.
- Control despatch administration and raise appropriate documentation as required.
- Assist in all functions of Logistics Office.
- Assist with Customer queries, provide updated ETA’s and POD’s as required.
- Effective document management in line with IKO Audit requirements.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
