Training will be provided to ensure you are fully up to date with all the current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

In the loading bay you will receive a base rate of £10.02 p/h. However, good attendance and performance will be rewarded by becoming eligible for a throughput bonus that can take the hourly rate to £11.02 p/h. One of your 30 minute breaks will also be paid each day.

We are looking for operatives to join our existing team Mon - Fri 6am-2.30pm

**The Role**
- Unloading lorries and weighing product in;
- Adhering to correct stock rotation procedure;
- Break down sides of beef;
- Work in a chilled environment;
- Work as part of a team to meet production demands and satisfy customer requirements
- Maintain Health, Safety, Hygiene and food quality standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations.

**The Person**

**Essential**:

- Possess good communication skills;
- Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative whilst working as part of a team striving to achieve high levels of customer service;
